食材:
苹果 2粒(清洗后,切块,可选择祛皮)
香兰叶 1茎
香茅 2-3茎
蜜枣 1枚 水 800毫升 将以上材料一起, 以小火炖煮约30分钟。
*以上量为2人份,可随症加减。
Ingredients:
2 Red Apple (Wash and cut, Optional to remove the skin)
1 Stalk of Pandan Leaf
2-3 Stalk of Lemongrass
1 Candied jujube
0.8 Liters of water
*2 persons serving, you may adjust the portion according to your liking.
Put all the above ingredients in a pot and simmer over low heat for about 30minutes.
If you are using a pressure cooker, I would suggest you to pressure cook for about 10-15minutes for better flavoring.
