【杜仲黑豆汤 Du Zhong Black Bean Soup】



食材:

黑豆 300克

杜仲 一小段

党参 1条

怀山 一小段

枸杞子 20克

巴戟天 1条

素肉 (适量) 水1500毫升

调味料 (胡椒粒,素粉,盐少许) 将以上材料一起, 以小火炖煮约2.5-3小时。

*以上量为2人份,以上只供参考,可随着个人的状况,随症加减。

腰部酸痛,下肢酸痛无力 Ingredients:

300grams Black Bean

1 Du Zhong (Eucommia Bark)

1 Dang Sheng (Codonopsis Root)

1 Huai Shan 20grams Gou Qi Zi (Goji Berries) 1 Ba Ji Tian

Vegetarian Mock Meat 1.5 Liters of water White pepper, mushrooms powder and salt to taste *2 persons serving, adjustment can be made according to individuals symptoms.

Cooking Instructions: Rise the herbs under running water. Put all the above ingredients in a pot and simmer over low heat for about 2.5-3 hours. The longer the boiling time, the more delicious the soup is. If you are using a pressure cooker, I would suggest you to pressure cook for about 30mins, to get all the flavors in the soup. Suitable for:
