小寒 2021/01/05 至 2021/01/19

气候特点: 小寒节气严寒侵袭,应适当进补,俗语“三九补一冬,来年无病痛”,但进补时要因体质而异,不可盲目。


饮食注意:

经过春、夏、秋和初冬近一年的消耗,人们的脏腑的阴阳气血多会有所偏衰,合理进补可以及时补充气血津液,以抵御严寒的侵袭。冬令进补时可以将食补、药补相结合,应该以温补为宜。小寒时节可多吃具有补益脾胃、止咳补肺功效的食物。


相宜食物: 薏米、红枣、桂圆、莲子、山药、百合。。。等等。 相克食物:
