燕麦有什么功效?

1 降低胆固醇,降血脂;

2 调节血糖; 3 改善便秘;

4 控制体重。

什么是燕麦麸Raw Oat Bran? 燕麦麸就是燕麦的麸皮。 燕麦麸中含有谷物最丰富的β-葡聚糖,是一种可溶性膳食纤维,是已知的非常有效的降血脂有效成分。 燕麦麸有什么功效? 1 降低胆固醇;

2 降血糖;

3 抗氧化.。

可以其它坚果代替葵花子。

You may replace Sunflower Seed Kernels with other kind of nuts.


红糖 【功效】 具有益气养血,健脾暖胃,驱风散寒,活血化淤之效。 【作用】性温的红糖通过“温而补之,温而通之,温而散之”来发挥补血作用。 可以蜜糖代替红糖。

You may replace Brown Sugar with Honey. Or make do without any.

枸杞子 Wolfberry 【性味】甘,平。
